FALL DIG RISK
An interesting native tree; great for naturalized areas. Does well in wet soil and will tolerate periodic flooding. Performs best in deep, rich, moist, slightly acidic soil. Excellent for heavy shade. Foliage is dark green in summer, changing to yellow, orange and scarlet in fall.
