Hydrangea quercifolia 'Alice'

Hydrangea, Alice Oakleaf

Categories: Container Grown Shrubs , Flowering Shrubs

Interesting Notes:

This upright, deciduous shrub is noted for its large, arching flower panicles featuring white flowers in June that bloom for 6 to 8 weeks and gradually fade to pink. Distinctive, coarse, deep green leaves turn handsome shades of bronze, maroon, and purple in autumn. In winter, mature stems exfoliate and reveal rich brown inner bark.
